1. Why do we collect your personal information ? Barwood Pilon collects only the information needed to open your account, draw up your quote, create invoices and process payments, deliver products and carry out work as needed. Barwood Pilon does not use this information for any other purpose.

2. How do we collect it ? Barwood Pilon collects your information through the usual communication channels (phone, email, in person or via the contact form on our website).

3. Who has access to your information ? Barwood Pilon employees who need it in order to carry out their duties.

4. Do we share your information with outsiders ? In principle Barwood Pilon must obtain your consent to share your personal information with third parties. As needed, we may sometimes have to disclose it to third parties, service providers or partners in accordance with the provisions of the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector to carry out a mandate or perform services under a contract drawn up by Barwood Pilon. Such third parties may include:

a. Anyone subcontracted for delivering products that have been ordered and/or carrying out work

b.Outside consultants (lawyers, accounts , etc.)

5. How do we store your information and how long do we keep it ? Your personal information is kept in restricted-access locked premises and/or on our password-protected servers. We keep it for seven years dating from the last entry in your file.

6. Can you access your personal information or withdraw your consent ? You can at any time request access to your personal information, correct it, withdraw your consent to its use and/or disclosure or file a complaint with regard to the way it is protected. Please do so by emailing a detailed written request to Audrey Pilon, Controller, at apilon@barwoodpilon.com. All requests will be answered within thirthy days of receipt.
